HOW DO I DONATE A PRIZE?

First, direct message (DM) on Discord to @heckyesdeidre. Then send an image of each item (horizontal/landscape orientation please, simple backgrounds work best. If bundling, send one image that includes all items in the bundle).

Once again, a kind volunteer close to  the KA-Con venue has agreed to hold packages. Packages should be shipped to arrive between Jun 1 and June 26. Mark your box “For KA” and send it here

If you’re donating something that needs to be shipped before then to arrive on time, DM @heckyesdeidre.

Items that arrive after the committee picks up on June 27 cannot be returned.

What to donate? Anything really!  Since attendees will only be “bidding” on the prizes they want, it can be for humans or their cats. It can be a purchased item or handmade. Take inspiration from mailbag, the arts-and-crafts or style channels on Discord, or your pets’ favorite items. Do keep in mind that large items may not be an option for those flying to the event.

IMPORTANT BUNDLE INFO: If you’d like multiple items bundled in a specific way, they must arrive together in the same box. If shipping multiple “bundles” in the same box, please package or label them clearly. Otherwise, the raffle team will bundle items at their discretion.
