Ticket includes entry to all KA-Con events at the Sheraton on Friday, Saturday and Sunday; lunch on Saturday; coffee, water and tea breaks; and a fabulous swag bag.

Announcing KA-Con 2022: June 17-19, 2022 at the Sheraton Hartford Hotel at Bradley Airport.
It’s been a tough few years, but there’s a light at the end of the tunnel: in-person KA-Con is back! Keep an eye on this space for announcements about sponsorship opportunities, ticket sales, raffle item donations, and planned activities.
The entire KA-Con Committee is excited to welcome everybody back to a live event. We can’t way to see you all!
Note: All attendees must be fully vaccinated and agree to wear masks during official events.
Announcing KA-Vision 2021, the second all-virtual KA Con on Saturday, July 10!
After much thought, we made the tough call to go virtual again. With remaining uncertainty about vaccine roll-outs and travel restrictions, KA and the KA Con committee agreed that gathering online is the best choice for this year. We’re going to make the best dang virtual event we can, and then we’ll see everyone in person in 2022!

After much consideration, we’ve decided the safest course is to turn KA-Con 2020 into a virtual event, to be held on July 11, 2020. We’ll post an announcement video in the coming weeks that will provide details. While we’re very sorry we can’t meet in person this year, we’re excited about the online event. The upside? Everyone can attend!
And now for the big news: we’ve locked in dates for KA-Con 2021! We hope you can join us July 16-18, 2021 at the Sheraton Hartford Hotel.
And here are some logistical details on this year’s in-person event cancellation.
Hotel Reservations. The Sheraton will automatically cancel room reservations made in association with the event. You may want to double-check, though, especially if you booked over the phone or outside of the main KA-Con dates.
KA-Con Tickets. If you already purchased tickets for KA-Con 2020, they will still be good for KA-Con 2021. However, we understand that the pandemic has caused financial hardship for many, so if you need a refund, please DM Mayabastet on Discord before June 15, 2020. Include your first and last name, plus your Registration Code (if you have it).
Sponsorships. The good news is that we were able to cancel the 2020 event without any fees or penalties, so all your donations will roll over to help make KA-Con 2021 wonderful. But, as with tickets, please DM Mayabastet on Discord (by June 15, 2020) if you need a refund. Include your first and last name, plus your Registration Code (if you have it).
